Soul Tiller
by Karl Travis

Soul tiller Open up this ground Soul tiller Let the lost hearts be found Soul tiller soften up this soil Soul tiller Let the mud begin to boil If it could happen to me It could happen to you If it could happen at all It must be true If it could happen to us It could happen to them So let's wipe off the dross And find the gem Soul tiller Set the captives free Soul tiller Plant good seeds Soul tiller Pull all the weeds So the righteous can shine Like the Sun Turn the rock hearts into flesh This is my only wish....... Never in time Has there been such a good deal Never in time Has there been such a big field Never in time Has the harvest been so ripe Never in time Has the end been so in sight Soul tiller Tear down that tower of pride Soul tiller Let your power collide Soul tiller Plant the Holy Ghost inside Soul tiller Come back for your bride Soften the hearts of the fathers Soften the hearts of the sons Turn one another to each other Let the enmity be done Soften the hearts of the husbands Soften the hearts of the wives Soften the hearts of the lost ones Bring them to life Soften the hearts of the rebels Soften the hearts of the wise Casting out the devils Opening their eyes Soften up the Christians That have been rock hard for years Open up the floodgates Pour out the tears Love one another.......... Turn the rock hearts into flesh This is my only wish......... Soul tiller Death killer Spirit filler Soul tiller Soul tiller Open up this ground Soul tiller Let the rock hearts crumble down
