From the Editor
I would like to take a minute to express my heartfelt thanks to all who read and support what this journal
represents. In particular, I would like to thank the contributors and readers. Starting an online journal that

The Graceful.
This month features the work of four talented writers. "Loving from Within," by Aziza Hussain, is an
affirmation of faith. It acknowledges the wonder of a new commitment to a chosen path. "Measured Soul,"
by Leslie "Astute Idiot", asks questions and gives wisdom on the nature and value of a soul. "The Shame of
Loyalty," by Azhar Muhammad Usman, is a powerful narrative of identity in post 9/11 America. And "Please,"
by Shadi Hamid, is a song of redemption.
Thanks for stopping by, and Enjoy!
